21 Taras – online
Course language: English , Translation to: Deutsch
Initiation and short commentary for Tara lovers and those who want to become one.
The practice of Arya Tara goes way back in time. Arya Tara has accompanied, supported and significantly influenced all Buddhas of the past with her limitless creativity.
The great scholar and Buddhist master Atisha Rinpoche lived in India over 1000 years ago. He was a great devotee and practitioner of this feminine and profound practice. Tara herself advised him to go to Tibet to offer her help to the people in the land of snow. The transmission of this practice of 21 Taras lives on to this day and is timelessly popular and widespread in practically all Buddhist countries in the Himalayas, such as Tibet, Mongolia, both in monastic communities and in families.
The versatility and power of this meditation practice can hardly be described and gives us an idea of how important and supportive it can be for practitioners. Be it with regard to the 8 great dangers of existence, the introduction to the 21 Taras, the practice for wisdom and longevity or for deepened meditation and concentration exercises for advanced students.
Everyone is very welcome to participate.
