You will get to know the simple and effective Wim Hof method and experience how breathing technique and coldness have a positive effect on your body. You have the opportunity to bathe in cold water several times and feel how your mental focus and your breathing change your sensations.
In addition, yoga, meditation and, for those interested, theoretical insights into the method and the way in which it strengthens our immune system and our resilience. A strong and lasting experience that you can access in everyday life and that helps you to behave in a more focused and targeted manner in stressful situations.
The romantic 130 year old Waldhotel Pradaschier in Churwalden is usually snowed in deep in February. The perfect place to seduce you into a gentle Wim Hof wellness weekend. Light vegetarian food, warm fire in the “The Red salon” in the evening – promises cosiness and relaxation.
