‘Embodying the 5 Elements’
In this retreat, we learn and experientially explore the specific qualities of each of the five elements, giving special attention to addressing situations in which elements are out of balance. This repairs imbalance and ultimately yields wisdom. For people who were there last year – these are constructive additions.

Practice
Participants are given a short sadhana which can be chanted in support of this practice if desired.
The live stream will be between 4pm and 10pm European time. The instructions remain visible to the participants at all times. Except for the rounds of talks in breakout rooms by participants – will not be filmed.
Schedule for the course
Wednesday – Saturday
4pm – 7pm 15 minute break
On some days, this includes a meditation phase in which the group begins and ends together, while you practice alone in between and can switch off the zoom.
7-8 p.m. break for dinner
8pm – 10pm Group talk in break rooms or Lotus Dance Practice session with Azom Rinpoche – from video
