The Five Elements and the Four Boundless States – online

The practice will center on the lived and embodied experience of the five elements, with a focus on how balancing them gives us more emotional freedom, and which elements might be called upon to resolve which types of unhelpful habit patterns. With this in mind, we also, slowly explore the connection between elemental awareness and cultivation of the four boundless state, contacting the specific wisdom-blessings associated with each (equanimity, love, compassion, and joy).

In this way we move into more and more intimate connection with the elements and the qualities they make possible, a movement effort to ease, from seeing to being, in a four-fold manner first pointed out to Lama Rinzin Drolma by Azom Rinpoche in 2002.

Participants will receive a short sadhana which can be sung whenever desired in support of this practice.

Live Stream will be between 4 and 10 pm – European Time – but can be watched individually during the whole course. Except the individual Breakout rooms from Students – will not be filmed.

Timetable:

Wednesday – Saturday    

4 – 7  pm 15 minutes break

Some days this will include a period of meditation in which the group starts and ends together, while in between one practices by oneself and can turn off the zoom.

7-8 pm break for dinner,
