Commentary on the text by Mahasiddha Mitrajoki
Mahasiddha Mitrajoki lived in Nepal in the 11th century. The translator Trophu Lotzawa invited him to teach in Tibet.
Mitrajokis own and main spiritual practice was Buddha Avalokihesvara – Buddha of Great Compassion.
The three essential practices contains complete instructions on sutra and tantra. Practice in life, practice during dying, practice during bardo – intermediate state. The text is very short, but never the less profound and gives rise to extensive considerations. It contains instructions for the most important essential buddhist practices for practitioners and those who wish to become one.
The course lasts for a longer time and can be booked in subscriptions of 10 lectures and viewed individual the whole time.
