The practice of the long 100 syllables mantra (there is also a shorter form) is commented, recited, chanted and meditated upon in all schools of Tibetan Buddhism. It also appears in almost all other individual Buddha deity practices. Thus, dullness, any hindrances, forgetfulness of individual meditation practices are overcome. At the same time, if the practice is practiced intensively and for many years, the pure view of reality is uncovered.
All interested people are welcome to participate – the practice comes from Kriya Yoga.
(Please do not eat meat on the day of the initiation – that is, before the initiation).
