Anne Klein is a professor of religious studies at Rice University and co-founder, director and local teacher at the Dawn Mountain Tibetan Buddhist Centre in Houston.

Her latest book Heart Essence of the Vast Expanse is a singable English translation of the preparatory exercises of Jigme Lingpa and Adzom Paylo Rinpoche. Other books by her are Meeting the Great Bliss Queen, Unbounded Wholeness (together with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche) and Knowledge and Liberation.
