Was born in Switzerland in 1962, 2000 Co-Founder of Samdup Dolma Ling/wish-fulfilling Tara Island and 2010 Ganden Chökhor has done naturopathic trainings, is married and mother of three adult sons.

Together with her husband Richard Gassmann, their children, Bhikshu Gen Lo Norbu and other students, she helped Lodrö Tulku Rinpoche found the Samdup Dolma Ling/Wish-Fulfilling Tara Island Dharma Center in Erlenbach in 2000, where Rinpoche has lived ever since. For almost 10 years she has regularly offered Tara retreats in the center garden, translated Lodrö Rinpoche’s courses into German and accompanies groups during retreats.
