Postponed to next year 2021: Death, dying and beyond – from the Tibetan Buddhist perspective – depending on the globe travel warnings – weather an online course will take place will be clear in the next few weeks!

One thing we will all face in our lives is the death of our loved ones; friends and ultimately the realization will dawn that we, too, must pass away from this life. As Buddha said: death is certain, but how or when we will die is uncertain. Join us for this very special retreat, where Rinpoche will offer enlightening wisdom teaching on how we can prepare ourselves emotionally and spiritually for death, dying and beyond and learn to care for others as they approach the end of their life from a Buddhist contemplative perspective.

Whether you’re a long-time practitioner, an enthusiastic beginner, or somewhere in between, these teachings are practical, pragmatic and useful for anyone. Rinpoche will explore how to detect the outer and inner signs of the process of dying, impart Bardo (intermediate) instructions, advise on how to deal with loss and grief, and how to do prayers and meditation practices for death and dying. Finally, he will instruct us on how to realize the clear light of death; and to die with dignity, fearlessness and grace.
