Commentary on the text “Mindset in 7 Points” by Geshe Chekawa Rinpoche
Lodrö Tulku Rinpoche will explain Geshe Chekawa’s famous Lojong mind training during ten lectures. This important Buddhist tradition goes back to Master Serlingpa Rinpoche and Master Atisha Rinpoche from the 10th century.
Geshe Chekawa Rinpoche was a great scholar from the 12th century and has summarized these teachings in his work.
His teacher was Geshe Sharawa Rinpoche, with whom he studied for 12 years – and through whose inspiration he then wrote down the ‘7 point instructions’ for Lojong. In addition to his master, Geshe Langri Tangpa Rinpoche was a great role model to him.
Course language: English with German translation
