The 108 Verses of Praise to the Great Compassion, by Master Lobsang Tayang
You gaze on all beings as little river waves,
gone in the twinkling of an eye.
You see all things in the light of impermanence.
I praise the compassion, thus focused on phenomena.
Verse 8 – Precious Crystal Garland
The deeply moving masterpiece by the Mongolian scholar Lobsang Tayang Rinpoche
(1867 – 1937) is of great acclaim. This poetical song to compassion is like a waterfall
whose source lies at the innermost heart of loving kindness and altruism.
