A gateway to precise understanding of Buddhism

HE. A few years ago, Dagyab Kyabgön Rinpoche, one of the highest-ranking contemporary masters of the 21st century,
wrote this text in 60 verses: a brief introduction, description of the essence of Buddhism.
The essential points presented in a nutshell make this text a precious legacy of today.

In fact, we in the West are pretty much all ready for such profound instructions and, above all,
authoritative information about our human existence and the benefits it brings to ourselves and others.

HE. Kabgön Dagyab Rinpoche is a good friend of Venerable Lodrö Tulku Rinpoche and so it is a wish from all of us
that we offer a course on these precise verses at Ganden Chökhor.

With the Venerable Shenpen Tulku Rinpoche, a close disciple of Kyabgön Dagyab Rinpoche, we have a young Rinpoche
who introduces and explains the 60 verses - with a lot of experience and a fresh way and who introduces this broad
topic in a very understandable way.

(When Venerable Shenpen Tulku Rinpoche spontaneously spoke on the subject for 1-2 hours on the ascension
course in 2022, we were all very enthusiastic and immediately invited him to our house.
He speaks mainly Tibetan (also colloquial German) and is spoken by the Swiss Tibetan Tashi Pampa translated
into German. The two are a long-standing and successful team)

Ven. Shenphen Rinpoche is a younger generation Gelugpa teacher (born 1975 in Dagyab, Eastern Tibet) who
received his philosophical education in Ratö and Drepung monasteries and graduated as Geshe Lharampa,
the highest degree. He was invited by the spiritual leader and founder of the Tibet House,
H. E. Dagyab Kyabgön Rinpoche, with whom he is very closely connected, to come to Germany and to work as head of the
Buddhism department in the Tibet House. He has been teaching various study programs in Frankfurt since
2017 and is characterized by his great expertise, coupled with experience, humility and warm-heartedness.
